House rules
Please read this before using.
・Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.
・Please use your tablet for check-in and check-out procedures.
・No smoking.
・Only small dogs are allowed as pets.
・Please put your pet in a pet cage when you go to bed or go out.
(An optional fee will be charged if you bring your pet.)
- Illegal activities and acts related to morality are prohibited.
・When you go out, please return the key to the key box before going out.
*If you lose your key, you will be charged 10,000 yen.
・Please return the remote control to its original location.
・Put trash in the trash can. Please help us sort things out.
- Items left behind after check-out will be kept for one week and disposed of unless contacted.
*Due to hygiene reasons, beverages and food items will be disposed of immediately.
・For damage, we may ask for your cooperation in filing a claim or insurance claim documents.
About parking lot
・This is a shared area between the main building and annex, so please be considerate of each other.
・We cannot be held responsible for theft or accidents within the parking lot.
